+ How long does it take to receive my order?

Prints & Homeware: Our homeware & prints are made to order. Please allow 1 week for items to be completed before we dispatch them for delivery.

Others: All other orders generally take 2-4 working days to reach you.

+ What are the payment methods available?

We accept Debit/Credit cards payment.

+ How are the items delivered?

Smaller items such as greeting cards and gift tags are delivered to your letterbox in rigid mailers via SingPost (normal mail). All other products are delivered directly to your doorstep.

+ How much is shipping?

The price of shipping varies depending on the weight and size of your package. Our delivery fees range from S$2 to S$10.

+ Do you ship worldwide?

We ship within Singapore & Malaysia at the moment!

+ Do you provide gift boxes?

Fret not! Your orders are delivered in gift-ready mailing boxes. We also ensure you get a pleasant unboxing experience!

+ I am surprising someone. Can I add a note to my parcel?

Absolutely! If you wish to add a note, please include your wish/note in the "Add Note" section upon checkout.

+ What do I do if my order arrived in the wrong size/colour?

Let us know within 5 days after date of delivery so we can replace the item. Please e-mail us photos at hello@moggymau.com of the parcel and items.
